Where your budget goes
Pullit handles the email outreach and routes interested replies back to you.
Reach homeowners directly with a message tied to their permit history.
Build your outreach list around property signals, then reach out with a message that fits the home.
Pullit handles the email outreach. You take over when a homeowner replies interested.
The Pullit approach
Start with the permit history behind the home. Know why you’re reaching out before you spend time on the follow-up.
Permits in your trade, and the trades next to it. A roofing permit can help identify relevant solar or exterior-work outreach.
Find related permits, older permit records, or permits not found in available records. Confirm physical work and condition separately.
Pullit reaches them by email and routes back the homeowners who reply interested. You skip the cold list entirely.
Create your account, verify your work email, and choose a search in Pullit. Your free account includes up to 100 lifetime leads, saved in the app with CSV download. Contact enrichment is included for eligible saved leads. Free accounts do not include outreach.
Request leads and launch outreach from the channels you already use, then open your Leads Desk when you want the full list and campaign history. This channel-based experience comes with the full plan. During the pilot, you will use the Pullit web app.
A few multiple-choice taps: which trade, which homes, how many. No forms, no software to learn.
Scored leads land as a CSV in your inbox and inside your Leads Desk, names and addresses ready to work.
Pullit emails them for you and routes back the homeowners who reply interested. You only ever talk to hand-raisers.
Rather drive it yourself? Run Find a Business or Find a Homeowner in the Pullit web app. Same data, same lists, same Leads Desk.

This 100-lead sample is yours to keep and does not include outreach. The pilot and full plan include done-for-you outreach. Permits are public record. Phone numbers are checked against the national Do Not Call registry, contacts are verified where we can find them, and the list is deduped before it ships. We flag what we cannot verify.

Hey {{First name}},
I was looking at county records for a nearby job and noticed your house last had a roofing permit 20 years ago.
Has the roof had any leaks recently?
I’m happy to come inspect. We won’t charge.
Take care,
Jay

A message from the founder
Pullit is a predictive marketing platform that helps home-service contractors turn public permit records into relevant outreach.
I’ve been running campaigns built around property and permit records for years. One of the earliest was at a solar company in Southern California. We bought a list of pool permits. Our thinking was simple: someone who has a pool might have a bigger electric bill, and solar could make sense for them. We did the same for home EV charging permits.
We matched homeowner names and addresses, found contact information, and put together direct-mail campaigns around available incentives and promotions.
These campaigns were by far our highest-converting lead sources and gave us the highest return on our marketing dollars. They also took the most work. Finding the right records, connecting the information, and building the campaigns took lots of time and experience.
We wanted to open the door for other contractors to use the same approach. So we distilled those workflows into Pullit.
I hope you like it.

Pullit is built for contractors in roofing, HVAC, solar, electrical, plumbing, pool and spa, and general contracting. You can find homeowners whose property records suggest a reason to reach out, or find contractor businesses to sell to. Available searches depend on your trade and area.
Pullit helps predict who may need a quote, even before they ask for one. We use permit and property records to identify reasons someone might need your services, so you can reach out with a relevant message.
Pullit looks for relevant permit activity, older matching permits, or a permit that was not found in the available records. For example, a solar contractor might target homes with recent pool permits, while a roofer might look for homes whose latest roofing permit is more than 15 years old.
Sometimes deciding who to target is the hardest part. Pullit walks you through a short set of questions designed to narrow down who you want to find and where you want to work. Choose useful areas such as cities, ZIP codes, or counties, and we’ll check availability for your selection.
Your Free account includes up to 100 leads, saved in Pullit with spreadsheet download and additional contact research for eligible records. The allowance is a one-time total, and outreach is not included. If you decide to join the Pilot, you could also qualify to lock in a lifetime founders discount on the main paid plans.
Founding pricing lasts only while your subscription stays active. Read the founding pricing terms.
Owner information is often included on the permit itself. When details are missing, Pullit uses a multistep process to find and fill in additional owner and contact information. The goal is to give you a fuller picture of who to call and why, with the contact details we can find.
Yes. Find Homeowners helps you identify properties with a reason to need your services. Find Businesses helps you find contractor businesses using their permit activity, so you can build a prospect list with context for your approach.
Finding leads does not automatically send messages. When you’re ready, the outreach flow walks you through another set of questions to build your campaign. With the paid Pilot, onboarding saves your business profile and opens Find Leads. Sender, reply inbox, footer and offer setup happen when you reach Outreach. You review and confirm the campaign before Pullit handles the email outreach. You take over when someone replies interested.
You can download saved leads as a CSV spreadsheet file and import it into tools that support that format. Your saved list and permit context also stay in Pullit. We don’t yet connect directly to every customer-management tool.
Using your free allowance does not automatically start a paid plan. If you choose the Pilot, you upgrade the same account and keep your saved leads. You will see the offer and renewal terms before paying, then complete onboarding before starting outreach. If your selected area or search is not available, you can join the waitlist before payment.
Founding pricing terms: Founding pricing is available to eligible Pilot customers. The first monthly payment locks that price for as long as the subscription stays active.
